該機自動化程度高，操作簡單，配備新研發(fā)的自動卸袋裝置，只需工人插袋（適應(yīng)閥口袋）即可完成包裝生產(chǎn)工藝，節(jié)省人工（3-4人）、減輕工人勞動強度，ji大的降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高生產(chǎn)效率。氣壓式閥口包裝機適合于流動性較好的粉末或細小顆粒（≤5mm）的包裝，利用壓縮空氣為動力。壓縮空氣通過霧化器（氣墊）使密閉容器內(nèi)的物料發(fā)生流化狀態(tài)，從而達到輸送給料的作用。密閉采用氣動橡膠閥門，通過控制閥門的通流面積，以達到控制包裝的物料的給料量，實現(xiàn)有效和穩(wěn)定的包裝精度和速度。該生產(chǎn)線可生產(chǎn)多種干粉產(chǎn)品：保溫砂漿、粘結(jié)砂漿、抗裂砂漿、干粉粘結(jié)劑、自流平砂漿、干粉膩子等多種干粉材料產(chǎn)品.
